SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What is your shipping policy?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping and returns for loyalty members or the option for Express authority to leave for $14.99.


For all other customers, we offer free shipping for orders above $100 or you are welcome to select any of the options below: 


Please note that the time of placing an order, you provide authority to leave products at the address specified in your order. If the delivery provider deems the area unsafe in their discretion, your order will be redirected to a collection point, redelivered in the next delivery run (where available) or returned back to us. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

(a) charge you for our reasonable storage fees and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

(b) no longer make the product available for Delivery or collection and notify you that we are cancelling the order in which case we will refund to you any money paid to us in accordance with our returns policy, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the product, and any storage fees and other costs provided for above).

Standard Authority to leave at $9.99

Express Authority to leave at $14.99 (available to loyalty members only)

 

Authority to leave allows packages to be left at address.

 

Non-loyalty customer returns at their own expense



Please note shipping times reflect business days and does not include order fulfilment period. The orders can take 2-4 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse, whether it is standard or express shipping.

 

The shipping period below is an estimate of when the courier will deliver the order after the order has been dispatched.

Metro: 2-4 Days for standard shipping

Regional: 4-7 Days



Express
Metro: 1-2 Days

Regional: 2-4 Days

 

Estimated delivery time for bulky orders is 1-7 days and for regional areas from 7-14 days.


A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please note: Fridays, weekends, national / state/ region public holidays and peak periods may affect dispatch and shipping times.

 

If it has been more than the specified days since you placed your order and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We're currently unable to process exchanges through our online store.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like to purchase and returning your existing merchandise to our online warehouse for a full refund.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to track delivery. 

  • You will receive tracking status via email notifications from our shipping partner.

  • Your tracking link will display the latest status of your parcel as well as carrier details.

  • You can also track your parcels on the Shippit site by the tracking number link provided or visit Shippit | Tracking Tool or using SHOP.


ALT (Authority To Leave)

All our online deliveries are shipped with an ATL - Authority To Leave. This gives the courier the right to leave your order somewhere safe on the premises if you are not home at the time of delivery. We always recommend that you choose a delivery location where someone can accept your delivery.

If you'd prefer your order to require a signature on delivery, please request this by contacting our friendly Customer Support team at au.customerservice@spyder.com once you have placed your order.

 

STOLEN PARCELS

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Spyder Australia is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

 

DAMAGED PARCELS

Spyder Australia is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
